If you would like to be included in our approved supplier list then please download our Subcontractor Questionnaire to become an approved subcontractor of BSL. Upon completion return to Unit 2, Moyola Industrial Estate, Castledawson, N.Ireland, BT45 8HN, or alternatively email a copy to info@bsl-ni.com. We carry out an evaluation of all our approved suppliers and subcontractors every 12-18 months as standard practice, this is to ensure accreditations and the relevant insurance cover is still held in place.
